Positive: Like the refurb of the hotel. Room 11 was spacious, comfy bed and the staff were really friendly. The manager made sure I had a place to work from, was really accommodating with check out times and I was really pleased with my stay.

Negative: No lift for luggage as I had a lot of stuff coming in from a long flight but that’s it!

Summary: Lovely countryside pub with lovely rooms and great staff!

Positive: Very nice place, attention to detail who was very good. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room. A free drinks voucher for the bar was a good touch.

Negative: The bed was very soft, but that’s just personal preference

Positive: Breakfast...Very good, the staff were very jolly and polite. Room..........Excellent! Dinner / Restaurant...We had a lovely meal and our waitress 'Lyla' went to great lengths to ensure nothing my wife ate contained any Garlic, and for that we are very greatful.

Negative: Poached eggs at breakfast were hard.......sorry I know that's churlish

Summary: We had a lovely overnight stay on our travels and will stay again as well as thoroughly recommending
