Positive: The host was very helpful and friendly,they even booked our dinner reservation. while we were in Tulbagh . The accommodation is extremely big and spacious with a very comfortable lounge area . The place was very neat and clean . Lots of extra toilet paper and towels . Bedrooms also spacious and warm throws in each room. The host was very thoughtful with the kitchen and left an array of spices and seasonings for braai /cooking . Lovely cappuccino satchets ,soups and yummy were also included . The house lends itself to longer stays and is fully equipped for self catering.

Negative: Although the showers were very clean ,we didn’t like the shower curtains . We suggested to the host that when funds allow ,they put shower doors instead. Each room could do with wall mirrors . This is just a suggestion : for rainy weather when one is stuck indoors ,maybe include some board games ( 30 seconds /Uno / monopoly) and some books for families ( a few for kids and adults )
