Summary: This is a conveniently located hotel downtown Halifax you can walk to the waterfront and all the shops and restaurants. It was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were very helpful at giving us suggestions of things to do and where to eat.

Summary: What a gem of a place! A thoughtfully restored and decorated old building, with the plus of off-street parking and truly outstanding staff. This was our first trip to Halifax but not our last; we will certainly come back to the Halliburton

Summary: Room was spacious and had central air so there was not a noisy AC unit in the room. We conveniently parked right around the corner with in-and-out privileges. We ordered breakfast in advance and ate in the library which has a great atmosphere. Just a very nice overall ambiance at the hotel. Easy walk to the waterfront.

Summary: The hotel is close to the waterfront and restaurants. There’s a nice patio and a happy hour at the hotel. We didn’t partake but it would be great if staying multiple nights. We checked in early and our bags were delivered to the room as we were off to the waterfront to explore. If you have mobility issues, may not be for you but we were very happy with our room and the accommodations.
