Entire place to yourself. Converted garage with new flooring, paint, carpet, & kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked. Complimentary beverage station & many other items. Pool at doorstep, with grill and sun loungers, opened from late May to early Sept (pool towels provided). High speed internet, central heat/AC, large 4k TV. Kid-friendly (toys, books, games) and baby-friendly (bassinet). Free private parking for 2 cars. Very quiet & peaceful. No smoking. No pets.

Summary: This place is great if you’re traveling with close friends or a spouse. (I did make a mistake in my Booking as I thought is was a twobedRoom, one bath, it’s a Two BED one bath. Luckily I am very close to the friends that joined me on the trip.) I appreciate the hospitality of the host- they think of the little extras that make it nice- extra toiletries, explanation via QR code on how to use the house amenities etc. We hung out by the pool for most of the day on Saturday. It was quiet and we had privacy.
