Positive: Very clean, beautifully appointmentes building, quite spacious. I only stayed a short time but could envision the apartment style rooms being very comfortable in the long term. Mine included two bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Positive: The apartment was very nice and quiet. A well stocked kitchen and a large bathroom.

Negative: The staff were very uneven. I walked in with 3 bags using a cane and the gentleman at the front desk did not offer to help, just watched me struggle. He reluctantly offered to help me take up a bag after checking me in and I tipped him, of course. Although he took one bag leaving me with two bags and a tote to wrangle myself. Over the course of the five days the staff were constantly gossiping at the front desk complaining about their manager, etc. Unprofessional and unpleasant to hear. One pet peeve: the hotel does not provide any cleaning during the stay. They did remove the trash when asked. But it would have been nice to have the living room carpet vacuumed. You are expected to do your own cleaning. So this hotel is an odd hybrid of an AirBnB and a hotel. Finally, the location is in an emerging neighborhood. Not necessarily the safest, as my son pointed out. Not really an issue for us as we took Ubers everywhere and didn’t walk the neighborhood. But good to know.

Positive: Lovely accommodations. I was upgraded which was delightful. I'm fairly picky but have no complaints or criticisms. Clean, fresh bedding, amazing kitchen. I'll be back!

Negative: More like wishes. I would have liked a TV in the bedroom. A light and table on the window side of the couch where the plugs are so you can charge your devices.

Positive: It was absolutely gorgeous, homey, and clean!! I swear it is nicer than my home! We had the 3-room suite. Amazing with a fireplace, balcony, full kitchen. Lobby was so nice with hot chocolate and cookies. Santa was there decorating cookies with the young children. There was a cafe next door with great food too!

Negative: Nothing not to like!

Summary: Everything was fantastic! Will definitely stay again!

Positive: Loved the lobby and the local products displayed and for sale everywhere.

Negative: The mattress in our room (404) was lumpy and it dipped in the middle. Too soft - it ruined sleep for both me and my partner. Also, the living area was a Lille sterile. Could use some soft textured touches and some cozy blankets to use while watching tv
