Positive: Lovely little self-contained annex, own entrance, parking on site, quite, very comfortable, good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, juice, toast, preserves), friendly and helpful host, few minutes walk to local pub for dinner. Everything we wanted.

Positive: The owners were fantastic. We got held up at the channel tunnel and they stayed up way beyond a reasonable time to let us in. They couldn’t have been kinder.

Positive: Great place & had everything you needed with the little extras....breakfast in the fridge & bread available for toast. Bed very comfy & situated in a very quiet location...so had a fabulous sleep. Thank you 😊

Positive: Lovely quiet location. I was expecting just a room but the property was like a small flat, it had its own shower room, toilet and dining area. It was very quiet and very comfortable. The host was friendly and very helpful.

Negative: No TV (it was Olympic time!). Limited storage for longer stays. Public access road is poor quality.

Positive: The location was important for us to see our daughter working at Glyndebourne. The accommodation was ideal for a 2 night stay. East Hoathly is a very nice village.Great location for Glyndebourne. Fran is an excellent host.

Negative: It was 2 hot days (30⁰) for our visit. It would have been nice to sit out on the lovely little patio for our drink on our arrival after a long drive. We rent out on Booking.com, etc .We understand that flexibility is required. If we were in the same situation, we would have happily let our clients use the patio. It would've been a nice touch. This did not spoil our visit. Everything else was very good.

Positive: The hoist where very accommodating before and during the stay, the accommodation was fantastic clean, modern, everthink you need.. home made jams beautiful. I cannot say how outstanding this property is especially for the price, it's a must stay place, private drive private entrance private gardens . The list is endless in positive things
