It is a newly constructed guest house within 1 minute walk from Nishijin Station Exit 3.
It is operated by us as a couple.
Fully equipped with free WiFi, bathtub, kitchen, washing machine with dryer, coffee maker etc.
Both short-term and lon-term are suitable for stay. The entrance and the guest rooms are equipped with an electronic lock. Security cameras are equipped near the entrance. The hosue is totally safe. We have some options that are dining together, visiting spots for sightseeing, a workshop (fee) to introduce the food culture of Fukuoka, etc. Downtown area of Kyushu 1, Tenjin is 8 minutes by city subway, 8 minutes, Yafaku Dome, Fukuoka city museum and southwest university are also within walking distance. It is becoming well accessed to any purpose of stay, such as business, event, sightseeing, qualification examination or entrance examination. Please use it so that it is safe to stay as it is a ryokan business law permitting facility because there are several parking lots within one minute walking distance. If you have any doubts or troubles, please do so immediately.

Summary: Beautiful, modern townhome with high-tech amenities located a minute's walk to subway line (6 stops from Hakata station). Short walk to beach and the university. Spotlessly clean! Our hosts (Sanae and Yu) went over and above for our group of 6 adults and 3 little ones. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for your visit to Fukuoka!
