Summary: The Groveland Guesthouse was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. The property is private and serene, we enjoyed the back deck and the view of the trees. Brent and Bethany are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed the thoughtful touches of fresh eggs and local popcorn. The house is decorated so nicely, I loved the bed linens and the vintage accents. Summary: We are 4 teachers who stayed here while attending a conference in Peoria. The house was lovely - we each had our own bedroom and a very nice kitchen and family room to share. It was literally an easy 15 minute drive to the civic center downtown. The price made it cost effective-we saved money compared to each having a hotel room for 3 nights. Definitely hoping to be back next year!

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at The Groveland Guesthouse. The entire house is amazing, but we especially loved the well appointed kitchen. We are planning on staying here again in the future.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described, very clean and perfect for what we needed. The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The owners were very friendly and thoughtful. Everything in the home was labeled with instructions and anything you need is provided. We have rented a lot of homes in the past for the holidays and usually have to pack up our kitchen but not this time. The check in process was extremely easy. I highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely stay there again!!

Summary: I can’t say enough about this property. Eight family members from 3 states came together for Thanksgiving. I think I can say that this is the best-equipped VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at. I brought cooking things along that I really didn’t need to bring. Two granddaughters were enchanted with the property with (at least) chickens and goats to visit, but cold weather prevented much exploration of the property. Beds, pillows and furniture were very comfortable. Communication with host was great. Thank you!

Summary: Came in for a family wedding. Our hosts were just wonderful. The property met our needs to the T and we were all able to gather together. All the comforts and supplies of home, warm and inviting - with fresh farm eggs and beautiful dahlia and cosmo arrangements added just the right touch. All communications quickly responded to, this property is a gem and we will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your VRBO with us.
