Positive: Excellent location. Very walkable to all areas. We had a corner room, so plenty of light and fresh air. The room seemed newly renovated, so everything was in good condition and it was clean. VERY quiet. I would have thought we were the only people there. The staff was very communicative and helpful.

Negative: The price. But is anything in the city a value?

Summary: Perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Positive: Beautiful Victorian house. If you need public transportation , bus stops right in front. They recommend parking places if you go in car, they are cheaper than then the average Parking around the city (but not so close to the hotel, so better take Uber or bus back in case you dont love to walk). Easy check in.

Negative: Parking can be difficult around the hotel (whole SF problem). A lot of noise enters the room from the street.

Positive: Lovely comfy beds, clean and quite spacious. Fluffy pillows. Clean. Nice personal care products in the bathrooms. Aziza was very helpful and friendly and staff in general very good for any queries

Negative: At one side of the property you are right on a main road. Which is unfortunate if you are a sensitive sleeper or dealing with jet lag. We came from Uk.
