Positive: We spent the bank holiday weekend at The Grove in Bournemouth and absolutely loved it. Our room was spotless, super comfortable, and so quiet – we slept wonderfully! But what really made our stay unforgettable were Reddy and Roberto from the staff. They were so kind, funny, and welcoming that we instantly felt at home. Their genuine warmth and care turned a lovely stay into a truly special one.
