Summary: The hotel staff was very service minded and a big plus. The hotel itself is showing signa of being old. The window in my room had big cracks in it and were certainly not sound proof. TV was broken and the bathroom tub was dirty. Gym didn’t open until 0900 which is strange. Food was average, nothing to shout about. Selection was poor to mediocre. Price of beer was ridiculously high (450tl pr beer)! Problem was there were no menu stating the price. So you order and get the unpleasant surprice afterward.

Summary: Hotel is dated and in need of a refurb. I travel a lot and I have never been in a hotel where when you ask to borrow an iron and a board in the morning you are told “not before 6 PM”. When I made the point I needed for a meeting that morning I was told I could fill a form and pay for it but would not be delivered before an hour. Appalling!!!! Not coming back anytime soon. Rooms are not clean and furniture full of sigarette burns.
