Positive: Nice and clean. Lots of facilities. Great communication with the owner.
Negative: The only option to pay was in cash upon arrival and the person we had to pay to did not speak any English so not very welcoming to foreigners. The advert stated it would be more of a hotel style reception for the apartment, this was not how I would describe this.

Positive: WE HAD ALL OUR MEALS AT LOCAL RESTAURANTS AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE RESIDENCIAL MANAGER. IT WAS A FANTASTIC , HOSPITAL AND UNEXPECTED ATMOSPHERE EVERYWHERE. NOT THE LAST TIME BY FAR. THANK YOU CEBECI RESIDENTIAL.
Negative: THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A BOTTLE OF DRINKING WATER IN THE FRIDGE DUE TO THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE. BUT NOT A HUGE PROBLEM AS THE COMPOUND HAD ITS CONNECTING SUPERMARKET.. VERY CONVENIENT INDEED. SUPER!!

Positive: The location is in a nice neighborhood, the apartment is in a residential secure building. Underground parking is good and easy to park. Swimming pool is very nice. View from the apartment is really good. Apartment has Air conditioning, washing machine and kitchen utensils you may need. There is a supermarket within the complex as well. All in all, excellent stay, will come back again.
