Summary: This house is a gem! It is immaculate on the inside, and it is so tastefully done. Hosts are completely wonderful and responsive, check in and out is so.very.easy, and the tv is actually easy to use! There is nothing not to love about this one. If you come to Searcy, this is the one to book.

Summary: We really loved the old fashioned door knobs, old floors, and shiplap! It was great to see tasteful updates but keeping some of the homes history! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed the grill and firepit at night. Our dog enjoyed the yard and he barely fit through the dog door which he loves. He is an old lab.

Summary: This was a great place to stay for our visit to Searcy. House was well done for the remodel, and we felt comfortable staying here. The next door neighbor has a dog that barks quite a bit, but it was controlled during the evening, so it was a non-issue. Had great communication with the hosts, and check in/out was easy and reasonable. Will definitely look to stay here again should we end up being frequent visitors to Searcy.

Summary: We had the opportunity to stay at the Grate House on a visit to Harding University. It was a perfect location close to everything we needed and a nice cozy place to stay while visiting.
