Negative: But rooms are small and the rest room also open on the top. There is a restriction that you shouldn't shout and all which makes us not comfortable The care taker is also a little rude

Negative: No proper lighting in the room. Quality of bed, it would be better if its a coir mattress instead of spring mattress as its not good for spine.

Positive: Property is well maintained and spacious. Neat and clean with good parking space for 4-6 cars.

Negative: 1) cannot sit and chat late night in balcony or verandah as neighbours shout at us .we go on holiday to spend leisure time at our will. Cannot be restricted . 2) bathroom fittings ( comod, taps etc) needs servicing. 3) no bonfire possible due to neighbours raising issues.
