Summary: This was an excellent stay, but a bit overpriced. The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also well sized. We had a room with a bathtub/shower combo. The bath tub/shower will be difficult to get into if you are short of have mobility problems.

Summary: What a place. Great from start to finish. Check in was a breeze was bags being taken to swift check in and shown to the room. Room was lovely and was very spacious and even included a big deep bath. Drinks in the bar were great and morning breakfast was delicious and I loved the a al carte option. Spa is not to be missed, so relaxing and well worth the money

Summary: Although I had apparently booked a standard room it was presented in a very high specification and was more spacious than its m2 rating would suggest. Staff were polished and highly professional at all levels. I knew the breakfast was highly rated but that was exceeded and the venue inspiring.

Summary: A very clean, well maintained hotel. The room was surprisingly large compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Everything in the room was spotless and very comfortable. It’s a great location and valet parking makes checking in very easy and convenient. I would recommend The Grand York and would stay again

Summary: It was amazing, the Grand has really friendly and helpful staff from the minute you check in to when you are leaving the hotel. The room service was great with polite people delivering the food and the meals were delicious. They do breakfast in bed service which is so convenient and a real treat. The rooms are spacious with separate wash and bathrooms. Huge comfy bed. Top tier experience.
