Summary: We stayed in Istanbul for a wedding, and our hotel experience truly exceeded expectations. Our room had the most breathtaking Bosphorus view, and the service was impressively fast—they delivered our freshly ironed clothes in just half an hour. At Diba Bar, the hotel’s cocktail bar, we enjoyed some of the most unique and delicious cocktails. Simply tell the talented bartender, Enes Bey, what you’re in the mood for, and he’ll craft something perfect. For dining, Cigdem Hanım and Fahri Bey from guest relations gave us the best restaurant recommendations, making every meal memorable. Overall, an outstanding experience we’ll never forget!

Summary: Loved this hotel - girlie trip spot for sures. We had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the spa – it's truly a standout feature and made our trip feel like a real escape. The facilities were spotless and relaxing, and the treatments were top-notch. Customer service was also a highlight; the staff were welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. While the food was just okay and the cocktails could use a little work, the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. With a few tweaks to the menu and drinks offering, this place could easily be five stars. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break, especially if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some pampering.

Only 1 thinks if they add will be good - just add charging cable tipe c.. or wireless charging. I forget my charge and have only cable.. i try found in room something to pur my canle.. but no chance. Summary: The reception staff and bellboy staff were very attentive. Before entering the hotel, I asked for the room to be decorated and they decorated the room very nicely and made us very happy with sweet fruit and drink treats. The hygiene was extremely good and the comfort of the room was very nice. Thank you very much to everyone who contributed.
