Positive: Incredibly friendly staff, especially Kew!! They helped us with our suitcase at night, which was supposed to be delivered from the airport, and also assisted with all the questions we had. When we are in Bangkok again, we will definitely come back!

Positive: The location was good. Walking distance to many things as well as a Metro station. Decent coffee shop, craft beer and 7-eleven nearby.

Negative: We had the King room and I didn't feel much like royalty in it. The bed was big but there were no coffee/tea making facilities and no refrigerator. If you are going to label something as King it should at minimum include these two things.

Summary: The hotel overall is adequate but the King room is overpriced for what you get.
