Positive: Very clean and cozy. Room is on the small side perfect for a solo traveler, location is great. Staff is super helpful and kind!! Please note that this hotel DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT which can be a problem for some people. I was in the 4th floor but the receptionist was incredibly kind and between the both of us got my luggage to my room, thank you so so much for that! I definitely will stay again here in my next visit! 10/10

Positive: Good hotel. Good location in a walking distance to many attractions. Reasonable price. Clean rooms with air-conditioning. Very helpful host who supported us in all questions.

Negative: Everything was good. Minor thing (expected from the description): no views from the window.
