A charming combination of all the amenities you would ever need for an incredible family get-together or company retreat. 3 complete dwelling units with a pickleball and basketball court, ping pong table, play yard, trampoline, playhouse, hot tub, badminton, cornhole games, bikes and even kayaks. 8 bedrooms with 24 beds and 6 full bathrooms. A 3 car finished & heated garage that can be used as a meeting room, an event room, or even as a theater. Off street parking available for 2 large RV's.
Three complete living spaces with complete kitchens and living rooms, multiple beds, and everything outfitted with all the comforts for a memorable stay. Plenty of play things to do for children and adults and a quiet neighborhood and friendly town with a newly remodeled city pool just a block away to the East. Plenty of adjacent street parking for at least fifteen cars and a three car heated garage with seating for up to 50 people for those special events with invited day guests. And of course the garage can be used for parking on those cold winter days and nights.
The entire yard and all structures are available to guest. From the spacious Grand Circle Inn, the 3 car garage, the Cozy Cabin, and the cute Hidden Haven basement
My wife and I live in the home directly to the East of this rental so we can easily be accessible for any concerns or questions that may arise. We also have many family members who live in Parowan that can be quickly used to solve any unexpected problems that my arise.
A small quiet town with with several restaurants and a newly remodeled public pool and public park just one block away. The pool can be privately reserved for families from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday thru Saturday plus 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays . You can visit Parowan City's web site for pool hours and fees for up-to-date information. Shaded pavilions are also available to reserve for friend and family gatherings.
A frisbee disc golf course is just up the canyon road 2 miles along with hiking and biking trails.
Street parking everywhere with 100 foot wide roads.
Not just one, but eight TV's all cable connected.
Also, a grillers paradise! The upper deck has a Traeger pellet smoker, a Blackstone 4 burner griddle and a large Weber grill.
The newly remodeled city swimming pool just 500 feet away can be reserved for private family use.

2. Parking works best on graveled areas allowing access to the pickle ball and basketball courts. Parking is also allowed on grass areas. Please keep parking along cabin frontage which should be at least 15 cars being on a corner lot.
3. Respect the surrounding peaceful neighborhood. Loud talking should be kept to a minimum and confined to indoors. Keeping noise levels down especially between 10pm and 8am helps to maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.
4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment.
Please smoke outside in the designated area where you’ll find a table, and a cigarette butt receptacle.
5. No Extra Guests:
If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.
This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.

Summary: This house is incredible! Great for large families! The kids were thoroughly entertained and spent the day playing pickleball, tetherball, and imagining in the playhouse. So much room for our big family and we loved using the garage for our meals. We rented out the city pool (around the corner) and hiked kanarra falls (30 minutes away) and had we stayed longer we could have done more. The host was INCREDIBLE to work with! I would recommend to anyone but it was ideal for our family reunion.
