Positive: Family of 3 stayed 1 night. Exceptionally Clean, Super Comfy Beds, Well equipped. Exceeded our expectations.- Perfect space for us. Regarding other reviews, there are plenty of heaters to warm up the space if needed and very hot water if you give it a minute to filter through!

Negative: Stair gate was extremely dangerous for our toddler, it was hanging off the hinges. Had to put chair in front to keep him away from it.

Positive: The proximity to the Lynmouth retreat campsite was really handy as we had friends staying there. The beds were really comfortable and it was a generally cosy space to stay in. Great views of the hills down towards the sea.

Negative: Somewhere to put recycling would have been good.
