Negative: Price is always in issue but overall it wasn't bad compared to other hotels in the area.

Positive: No contact check in process went smoothly. Located in a great neighborhood. Was able to find free street parking about a 5 minute walk away.

Negative: Air freshener smell in the hallway was a bit overpowering.

Positive: The room was huge, the bed was a king sized bed, the bathroom was clean and it was located in what felt like a hip and up and coming neighborhood. I felt safe there and i had so much space in the room, it was wonderful.

Negative: I was on the 4th floor and this is a walk up so this is an absolute no for someone with mobility challenges. Also, I was not able to check in early which annoyed me. I arrived to the hotel at 2pm but had to sit outside until 3pm to check in.

Summary: Gigantic room that was absolutely comfortable.
