Negative: Unfortunately musty odour in the kitchen couldn’t find the source so had to live with it Also had to rewash the towels as they didn’t smell too sweet

Negative: We thought that the wc pan was too close to the wall and towel rail causing us to twist when seated. This could easily be moved maybe 5-10 cms to the left to allow more room. The gates for the drive were a little narrow so any car larger than ours would struggle for access.

Negative: Plug did not fit bathroom basin - couldn't run a bowl of water to wash with.

Summary: Very relaxing & peaceful. Parking was good for the two cars we had.

Positive: Room sizes, comfy double beds, well equipped kitchen equipment, garden, quiet area, parking. Location very good for 5 minute walk to sea. Could walk into nearby Littlehampton on coast path or Worthing. Local shops.

Negative: The dishwasher did not seem to be efficient although a newer model than ours at home. Maybe a service required and a 'cleaning' mode run through it would help. There was also an unpleasant odour when door was opened before we used it. (the instruction manual was later found in folder which stated to use just 2 programmes but after 3 wash cycles attempted on separate days, we hand washed). There didn't seem to be an extractor in kitchen above hob, although cooker hood fitted but no actual mechanism?) Bathroom would benefit from a bin and a grab rail/grip screwed into place.

Positive: Lovely location. Area feels very private and exclusive. One of those places that you would never pass through by accident, so felt like a real adventure. Property was very comfortable and well maintained, if a trip back in time in some minor aspects.

Negative: No communication about address and keys before trip. Had to chase for details.

Summary: Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing.
