Positive: Fabulous staff, lovely room, we didn't use the spa but the facilities were there. Great location, nice quiet neighbourhood, walkable to giraffe centre. Shops, restaurants, mall all walkable distance. The enormous souvenir shop was also great... First time we had shopped without being crowded. We had time and space to look around with no pressure to buy.

Negative: The only slight negative we could say was that we went to have a bath in the evening and the hot water ran out before we could fill it.

Summary: Great place, lovely people.

Positive: This staycation was for my sisters birthday. The staff went out of their way to make it special. The singing, the dancing ( especially the massai song/dance) lifted everyones spirit.

Negative: My sisters were looking forwrd to spa treatment but that wasnt available then

Positive: The cottages were extra ordinary in terms of looks, decor, and imagination. Genius architecture The staff however were friendly and warm. James was frank, honest, and affable. Jean was friendly and amazingly warm. I loved how they diligently stoked the fire just to make us feel warm during the cold weather.

Negative: Provide activities such as tennis, swimming pool, massages, extra recreational activities. activities The horse back riding DOES NOT belong to Giraffe Cottages, was expensive, and nothing to write home about. The nearby feeding of the giraffes was overpriced and nothing spectacular. Not a part of Giraffe Cottages.

Summary: Giraffe Cottages had NOTHING extra to offer other than just a bed and food. Misleading advertizing.

Positive: Cottage are very nice , and good breakfast. The staff was very helpful in assisting on small things

Negative: Still new place and that need many adjustment to become good. Eg: sufficient space for toiletries in bathroom, internet did not work initially in the room, small chairs to relax outside the room, not sure why they have put carpet on the floor of the cottage, Wood would have been more appropriate... etc
