Summary: Quentin our host was great, he communicated well with us and very responsive. The host gave very good tips for our rehearsal dinner and things to do.However, the cleaning crew disappointed and it was communicated with host.

Summary: The home fit the needs of my large family and our stay was comfortable. We had a family member in a wheelchair and the home was very handicap accessible. One of the restroom doors had recently been painted and would not close all the way due to the excess paint. All four of the home’s trash cans were full when we arrived and there was trash On the ground in front of the home. Took 2 calls to get it cleaned up. Small issue overall. hTnask

Summary: We were just here for a 2 night stay due to a family member graduating at the local college. We were really impressed with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness, The online description of the property was exactly as stated and more. The large family room allows for family gathering with plenty of seating. The house is extremely spacious and accommodating. This was a great find and we just wish that we could have stayed a couple of days more to enjoy the ambiance of the interior/exterior..

Summary: The house was in a great neighborhood and was huge with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! It totally met all our expectations and we had a wonderful time in Winston Salem for my niece’s wedding!

Summary: >10 guests enjoyed the central dining area & freedom to have space yet closeness if desired. The rooms were shown as described on VRBO. We definitely want to stay here again although one of the beds was broken and the double queen room didn’t have a curtain, it all worked out well! Highlights are the central eatery and kitchen plus the living room!!! Thank you to the cleaning crew for letting us put up groceries prior to check in! 💗

Summary: Ten of us stayed at this property and here are our impressions: Pro’s: The house is large, with plenty of rooms and beds for us. The mattress are comfortable The bed linens were clean The neighborhood is nice and quiet Con’s Bats are living in the shutters outside the front door so you have to walk through bat poop if you want to use that door. The carpet squares have huge stains on them and are super dirty. The bathroom cabinets are unusable because they stink like mildew/mold. There is so much moisture in the cabinets that in the “green” bathroom the hinges are rusted over. In that same bathroom a bathtub was “converted” to a tiled shower in the most cobbled up way I have ever seen. The tub filling nozzles is still there so while you try to use the shower it gushes water everywhere including outside the shower area. The water handles fall off when you try to use them. 2 of the bathrooms are off the main hallway on a tiled platform. However, the tile sits about 1/2 inch above the carpet from the hallway which becomes a tripping hazard Some of the bed frames are broken The listing said it had a modern kitchen, while there are the basic fridge, stove and dishwasher, the utensils are terrible. The grill pan is completely warped, knives are dull, no cutting board. Garbage cans outside were overflowing and stank. Parked next to them one night and the car smelled like garbage too. There is more that could be said but suffice it to say, we won’t be staying there again.

Summary: Clean, comfortable beds that easely fit nine golfers. Good host to deal with and ansered all our questions with quick response. Quiet area with adequate parking for four cars. Convenient to all the courses that we played and good location for restaurants.
