Summary: The hotel is lovely. No late bar. Have to ask for linen to be changed, beds towels etc. Location has lots of homeless around it, day and night to just be aware. Not the hotels fault but does become part of your stay

Summary: The valet was terrible it took me two hours to get my car at one point. I scanned the ticket to get my car stayed outside for over an hour still no car then they send me a message and say they are busy wait 10 min and try again so I talk to valet guy and he say he works alone at night which is terrible when people are paying 55+ dollars for valet. Then this morning I scan my ticket and it send me a message saying the are to busy that I needed to come down and request my car what’s the point of valet if I have to go thru all that and plus it’s very expensive. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were very nice even the valet guys were nice just took forever to get my car

Summary: Everything was amazing! Historic building with just right amount of modern update! Highly recommend for overnight and extended stay! Everyone I encountered was truly remarkable including the guests!

Summary: GT is lovely- forgot about ATL on a Saturday night car noise- restaurant/bar great service and late night snacks. Deborah was a great waitress.

Summary: The overall impression of the hotel was good. I recommend they update the appliances in the room. Not all vending areas were operating, had to go several floors down for ice. The fridge in the rooms were leaking, they had to replace the stove (whichh was done quickly). The staff were very nice and accommodating. Also, there is no pool.

Summary: The staff was amazing. I called the front desk to ask for assistance zipping my top because I traveled alone. The staff didn't make me feel bad for asking. Valet staff was fast and efficient. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and nice.

Summary: The staff was great and accommodating, the room was clean. The room had a washer and dryer but no supplies to wash with. One elevator was out of service so the way to go up or down was per significant. The location was very nice.
