Summary: My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful long weekend at Emily’s place, and it hit all the right buttons, start to finish. Spotless, totally comfortable, convenient to great restaurants and walking areas. On-street parking was easy, and communication with Emily was quick as well. Highly recommended.

Summary: Emily’s place was very nice and clean. We loved that both rooms had king beds and their own bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice, and it was close to the botanical gardens and Piedmont Park. The apartment is part of a triplex with one unit next door and one on the back side. At night, it was noisy, even after 11:00. It sounded like people were running around upstairs. I had a hard time falling asleep the first night because it sounded like someone was about to come into our apartment. I took a Unisom the next two nights and was fine. My husband is a light sleeper and had a hard time blocking out the noise on our last night. He said he wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. I don’t know what the neighbors were doing so late at night. Checkin was easy, and communication from the host was great. I appreciated the Brita pitcher full of water, and there were plenty of K cups for coffee. Street parking was never an issue. We could always find a spot close by.

Summary: The house was very comfortable in a cute neighborhood. You can walk the beautiful neighborhood or walk to restaurants and grocery stores. It’s very close to Piedmont Park and the Beltway for walking. The space was very clean and well appointed. Met our neighbors and visited for hours on the front porch. Will definitely stay again.
