Summary: Listen this is the property in Rye but on the last day we came back the room was not cleaned .. the hotel manager was alone and was not able to get us cleaned towels ..after we had dinner the room was cleaned .. it feels the hotel is overwhelmed with guests .. on

Summary: Convenient location for town, although it is necessary to find parking away from the hotel. We were disappointed in the 'Superior Room' which we felt needed a deep clean. The Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was very good at both breakfast and dinner, although the dinner menu could have had a bit more variety for main courses.

Summary: Room was lovely. Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and polite. We had trouble with our television which wasn’t working but a member of staff came and rectified it. Great location.

Summary: Overall great hotel but for a vegetarian who doesn't like a spicy breakfast limited although no problem leaving things off. Anything on toast had to be taken off toast so butter could be added once warm enough to spread by which time egg (which always had runny whites) were getting cold!

Summary: This hotel is in a prime position- lovely place with lots of character- staff were pleasant and helpful- Brendon showed us to our room and was giving us lots of useful information- Madison who arranged our third night stay was so sweet and kind over the phone and Percy was just as helpful - the food was really nice which we had at the restaurant on our first night - b’fast cooked or continental with a great choice of everything and something for all- highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again- stayed for the music festival- what a beautiful town! Thank you

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, ideal location in the town, tasty breakfast. Courtyard is a great addition for an al fresco drink in the summer. Room was a little warm at night, but a fan was provided. An excellent boutique hotel, we will be back!
