Positive: The room is so clean. Everything is good.except for the bed. It was too soft and not comfortable. It is too bouncy when u sit or sleep on it. The care taker is so friendly. The pool is also clean. A nice stay if u want to go for a day trip to Pulau Redang

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect. The place comfortably fits 8 adults and 1 baby, especially with the extra mattress provided. The facilities are complete — there’s a big pool, pantry, vending machine, and laundry area. We’ll definitely come back and book again if we’re heading to Terengganu next time!

Positive: Love the place so much that I will return back when I visit trengganu. It has the cleanest place and very well maintained. Among other properties we saw in Trengganu, The Gelam house is by far so much better. Although it's not near the city but if you like to experience the tranquility and experience the village ambience in a modern way this is the place. I can't say enough about the cleanliness and hygiene of this property it's beyond expectation.

Negative: There isnt anything to say at this point but if there is some light at the bbq area it's just perfect! Overall great stay and thank you !

Positive: Facilities was very great. Also every switch got labels, easily to navigate which switch should turn on. Environment good and location quiet at night. Customer service also honest and responsible. Keep it up👍

Negative: For long stay here, swimming pool water didn't fully filtered.in 2 days water already get fade colour.
