Positive: Location was great , clean rooms .really great coffee shop downstairs next door call utopia. Mins from sites to see

Negative: Couldn't get ice in the rooms ,no coffee maker in the room. Asked for bucket of ice last two days and was told it would come she never came . The parking is two blocks away so if you have luggage not good

Positive: The location was ideal, right across the street from a beautiful park, delicious restaurants for every meal within walking distance, and several museums, art galleries, and attractions nearby. The room was clean and had a smart TV. The hotel was very cool, though I didn't play any arcade games. I was there on a Tuesday and Wednesday, so it wasn't too busy too late,
