Positive: The place is very cute. Location great. Roomy. Great kitchen.

Negative: Third floor walk up with very steep steps. Light for stairs only turns on once inside unit. Many windows don’t close and there is a lot of street noise. There is a wooden support in the middle of the side of bed my husband tripped on and broke his foot.

Summary: We left early because my husband couldn’t climb the stairs with broken foot.

Positive: Savvy's Place was spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location for all Ponce attractions. Convenient parking and very safe area. Icecream shop across the street and a wonderful Oacis Cafe on the corner offers fantastic breakfast & brunch.

Negative: Long flight of stairs to apartment, so for anyone with handycap or stairway limitations be advised.

Positive: A/C in the bedrooms, having a full kitchen with all the necessities needed to cook including an air fryer, how modern the decor was. Also, very conveniently close to the plaza in Ponce.

Negative: If I could have rented the room for longer I would have.
