Summary: When I arrived there wasn’t a member of staff at reception. I had to wait around 5 minutes before someone arrived. I was given the “penthouse suite” (room 12). Straight away when I opened the door an awful odour lingered around the room. The cleaners had obviously noticed the same thing and opened all the windows and turned the desk fan on prior to my arrival. The room itself could do with re-decorating, as there were chips of paint out of the doors, the cream carpets within the room were absolutely disgusting and could do with either a deep clean or ripping up completely. The bathroom had a very dated bath and showering wasn’t an option as they only had the head and no where you could hang up. I didn’t eat within the hotel as everything I’d experienced put me off. On a brighter note parking wasn’t an issue. But I would never stay here again.

Summary: comfortable room, slightly aged room with cracking paint, but well set out and comfy with nice finishes with cushions etc. Breakfast was a set continental - No choices, which let it down.
