Fully equipped modern apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc.) is few minutes away from to the beach Cau del LLop and a large amount of creeks situated along the “Camino de Ronda” a 4 km path which stretches along the coast, it s perfect for a pleasant promenade.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, there are only two neighbors, it is a cozy apartment of 65 m2. living area with capacity for 5 people. There is a private garden of 80 m2 ,. on two levels with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture (tables, chairs, chaise lounges) Direct access to the "Camino de Ronda"

Summary: Once we found the apartment we were greeted by the owners' son who was very helpful indeed. I really cannot fault the apartment, it was well equipped, clean, comfortable and it has sea views that are stunningly good. Access to Llanca by car is very easy and parking is right outside the apartment. The terrace leads down to a coastal path and, if you are so inclined, you can walk miles overlooking the sea. The owners themselves are smashing people - all in all a great experience. We are not ones for returning to the same resort every year but I have to say this apartment is tempting us to return next year!!

Summary: A really lovely apartment, though the decoration is a bit kitchish. A big terrace with one sunbed which can be a problem with a bigger crowd. The views are perfect, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet place in a small town or village; not for party people. Some knowledge of Spanish or French is elementary.

Summary: "This apartment on the shores of the Mediterranean in Llançà, Spain is a great vacation spot. It sits right over the water and there are terrific views from the master bedroom and living room out over the Mediterranean. The apartment was very clean and it has all the amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, outdoor barbeque, and very nice furnishings. This quiet apartment is about a mile away from the main port of Llançà, and perhaps 3 miles away from Port De La Selva, another beautiful seaside town. There is a walking path between the back deck and the ocean, so that you can step outside and walk along the cliffs into either of the towns. The apartment is away from main roads so that it is wonderfully quiet. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation spot on the sea in Spain you won't do much better than this apartment. Best of all the owners are very helpful and friendly."
