If you are looking for a peaceful, cozy home with scenic views and quiet getaway, look no further than this 4-bedroom (plus bonus bedroom) and 2 and a half bath home. This private farmhouse is located in the sprawling hills of rural Pennsyvania. Perfect for families or couples getaway. There's a quaint screened-in porch where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the deer grazing in the fields. There is plenty of outdoor space for games and endless fun.
The space:
The home is situated on 24 acres of
fields, grass, and trees with views of valleys and mountains.
As you walk in the main door there’s a sprawling screened in porch. Going inside, there’s a spacious foyer to hang coats and kick off your shoes. Main floor bathroom has a full size tub.
Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker/Keriug, microwave, blender etc. Bar cart/island can be used for serving food. The dining table accommodates six people with additional folding chairs available. Living room space has comfortable couches with electric fireplace- perfect for those chilly mornings!
The office has with desk, full size bed, toys for kids and games for the adults. The bonus bedroom as we call it) Laundry room holds washer and dryer, extra chairs, broom, vacuum etc.
Upstairs you’ll find a brand new large bathroom with tile shower and double sinks!
Powder room on the second floor as well.
Bedroom #1 has king size bed, two twin beds, and a walk-in closet
Bedroom #2 has queen size bed with two closet and bench seat.
Bedroom #3 has queen size bed.

Summary: came home for my sisters wedding and found this place to stay 8t was very quite and relaxing. beautiful house on beautiful property. very secluded but easy to get to. was away most of weekend for wedding festivities but woukd be great place to stay and just hang out for the weekend. will be back next time we need a place in the area

Summary: Great place for family reunion or big groups. The house is recently renovated and has all you need, the bedrooms were nice and cozy with comfy bed and basement was star of the show for the kids. Outdoor fire pit for tons of dry wood. Thank you Susan

Summary: This property and house was the perfect get away. It enabled us to unwind and enjoy each other. The kitchen provided all you needed to cook and bake. The owners were always attentive to any of our needs. Would recommend the local restaurant Cruise-In in Needmore and Crazy Rays in Hancock.

Summary: Our group had a wonder time on the property! Wish we could have stayed longer and explorer more, since it rained all Saturday it cut down on exploring time! It was very large and have plenty of space for us to spread out and play board games, chat, cook, or read. The bathrooms were very nice and clean! Beds were comfy and we had enough for everyone to have their own and have privacy! The kitchen had all the tools needed and the property manager cane right over when the grill ran out of gas! Hot tub was great! Only hiccup was it went on standby and wasn’t hot at first, but I turned on the jets and it went off standby and was a max heat in 2 hours! We would definitely go here again! A wonderful get away! ❤️

Summary: Had a dad's weekend for my friend's 50th. There was lots of space for us all to have our own rooms, and big common areas to gather. All the amenities were great, and oh my goodness the beds are so comfy. Highly recommend. Also appreciate the quick responses from the hosts when I had a question.
