Positive: It was great for the children, it was safe and allowed them freedom to play, whilst we could keep an eye on them quire easily. Everyone was so friendly and said hello which was so nice.

Negative: The fridge was a bit small for six people we found, there were dog hairs on one of the single beds and we found a dirty spoon and lighter under a bedside table (when looking for my ear pod)

Negative: The property was locked when we arrived. We spoke to reception and they told us the property was unlocked which when we arrived it was locked. Luckily there was some maintenance staff still on duty who were able to give us the keys. There was no information with regards what to do in this situation.

Summary: Playground a bit noisy but other than that very peaceful and would recommend.

Positive: No problems getting the keys and accessing the property. The property was very clean and warm.

Negative: There was not enough information in advance (more pictures would help) 1) about the location once we arrived on site. The directions given were not clear enough. 2) about the property (and not enough pictures) so I could find out about whether there was a microwave oven, or that there were 3 steep steps up into the property. 3) about recycling facilities on site. There was a request to put out the rubbish and recycling but we couldn't find the bins so just took it away with us.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable and warm - great for a short stay.
