Summary: Great location; not a full service hotel, so if that's what people are looking for this is not the place. All rooms are decorated differently - very funky and fun. Enjoyed our stay very much

Summary: This is my favorite hotel ever! The amenities and ambiance are luxurious, private, and unique. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, the roof had instructions for anything we might've had questions about and the decor was beautiful and unique. 10/10 recommend.

Summary: A good experience overall but we stayed 3 nights and we didn’t find out until we checked in that the hotel does not provide housekeeping services during our stay. This needs to be disclosed before making a reservation, and the hotel should provide room cleaning on request, especially when paying over $500/night for a room

Summary: Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. It was too soft like an air matters feel and a chair with a hair dryer in our room. The chair was there as a design but otherwise useless. The rooms are small so they do need a chair there. The bathrooms are brand new and clean very modern. The staff is very helpful and amazing.

Summary: Beautifully decorated and inviting room. Loved the vibe. Parking can be tricky but I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Summary: Converted sewing factory turned into rooms, double deck rooftop access at nearby Dutchess. So cozy and cute! We could hear folks when in the bathroom but otherwise it was quiet. Thank god for quiet hours (on the sign in the room). Just wear your shoes so you don’t end up with dirty feet from floor and bring your own washcloth. One of the cloths in our room was stained so I ended up using a different rag.
