Summary: This was a very nice apartment for a week-long stay in Grenoble. The location was good, and Grenoble is so walkable that we didn't even use the nearby tram stops. The kitchen is well equipped, and the private balcony is something we enjoyed a lot more than we had anticipated. Air conditioning was very much appreciated in July. Overall, exactly what we had hoped for, and everything we wanted.

Summary: L'appartement est neuf, sécurisé, bien décoré, très bien équipé, et surtout au calme avec une vue sur un bel arbre et un petit jardin, à deux pas du boulevard et des commerces. On peut manger dehors sur le balcon par beau temps, c'est très agréable, pas de nuisance sonore ni de circulation à proximité. Il faut savoir que le stationnement est payant dans tout le quartier. Excellent séjour, nous avons pu nous reposer... en pleine ville !

Summary: My daughter stayed for a week with a friend and they had a great time. They said that the apartment was very comfortable (with a lovely view from the terrace) and very clean and would highly recommend it. The weather was really hot so the air conditioning was really appreciated. I should also add that communication with Camille and her colleague Aymeric was excellent and that they were very helpful when we had to change the dates of the visit at the last moment.

Summary: The first thing we noticed about this apartment aside from the AC was how quiet it is. There is some street work going on at the corner, but we can't hear it inside the apartment. The apartment is set up very nicely and with style. All appliances are in working order. The beds are comfortable. The AC is divine (a much welcomed sight after staying in a portable air conditioned unit during the canicule of 2019!) The workspace is perfect with a comfy chair to be able to do work in. The balcony is a plus for drying clothes and the rack is awesome to have.

Summary: Appartement de standing, bien agencé, très bien équipé, très propre et très beau. La climatisation est un bon point en été. La terrasse est au calme avec une vue agréable, très sympathique. Facile de stationner dans le quartier (zone verte juste en bas de l'immeuble, rues gratuites à 6min à pied), et tout à proximité (station essence, boulangerie, supermarché, arrêt de tramway, banque, poste, etc...). En bref, je le conseille sans hésiter, et le garde dans ma liste des meilleurs hébergements à Grenoble. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Quelques points à améliorer selon moi (qui n’enlèvent rien à mon avis 5 étoiles) : - Les horaires de check-in et check-out : après 18h pour l’arrivée, et avant 10h pour le départ, je trouve ca très limite. Lorsqu'un hotel est sur du 15h pour l’arrivée et 11h pour le départ voire midi. Ici, on y entre trop tard et on doit le quitter trop tôt. Sachant qu'il faut récupérer les clefs et les déposer à un autre endroit à l’arrivée et au départ. Pour faciliter la vie de l’hôte, j'ai connu mieux. - Sympa la machine à café SMEG, une Nespresso à moins de charme, mais est de nos jours davantage pratique car plus répandue auprès des particuliers (on peut emmener ses capsules). - L'appareil à musique bluetooth est top, mais pas intuitif pour se connecter, heureusement la notice est disponible dans une boite dans un placard, mais il faut y penser !
