Positive: It was very clean and neat. And the staff were very friendly and professional.

Negative: The light switches were those new ones and were a little complicated, but I figured them out.

Positive: Nice vaulted ceiling. It's a stylishly updated trad motel. The Nespresso coffee was good. Walkable to several worthy restaurants.

Negative: Walls thin, neighbor guests quite audible. No closet per se,, just a couple pegs on the wall and no hangers. TV was hard to fathom but nice desk clerk came over and helped us.

Positive: Our room was comfortable and clean. The property is very quiet at night, no street noise. It’s about 10 minutes to Golden Gate bridge and 20-25 minutes to San Francisco main tourist attractions. Also very friendly and helpful receptionist.

Positive: Very convenient location, and has potential: it's a newly built, interesting modern “motel” concept, but not quite “there” yet. Cleaning people did a good job and a comfortable king bed.

Negative: Walls need more insulation! Noisy neighbors! We had to move rooms. No closet to hang clothes, just a drawer! - so really only good for a shorter stay. We lived out of our suitcases for 12 days. TV interaction was overly complicated and not great quality. Internet seemed to go in and out occasionally. Price was comparable to other local hotel in the end.
