Summary: This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!

Summary: Overall we had a great time. The property was very clean and tidy. The pool was great and the kids loved every minute of it. The property is well located for Rome. The only thing we had not understood fully was the relatively close proximity of the owners who lived above us, however we would stay again.
