The “Estates Suite” is an affordable place with many amenities, private bathroom, family environment and a hot tub to enjoy
Our place is so comfortable that we are able to give you personal space. We are clean, organized & prefer same.
Whether you travel for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect accommodation. We make everyone feel at home & love making friends. You will love our place!!!
✈️ Located approximately 20 minutes from O’Hare and 50 from Midway Airports.
Because of our jobs, we are NOT 420 friendly.

▪️ King size 🛌 with Private bathroom in a huge suite.
▪️ Hot Tub area becomes completely private for you and your companion.
▪️ Office Space with Shared Printer
▪️ Own TV with Netflix access and other apps as well.

▪️ Plenty of street parking
▪️ The use of the Hot Tub and Robes available. Not available after 11 pm.
▪️ Full kitchen to share with us

▪️ Use of our lovely deck and other areas of the house.
▪️ If handicapped access is needed, entrance from garage can be used which leads directly into The Suite. There are 4 steps to get to the kitchen area.
▪️ All places can be used by guest except private bedrooms upstairs.
▪️ Close to many restaurants and other exciting places.
▪️ Located minutes from St. Alexius Medical Center, Motorola, IKEA, Medieval 🏰 Times and many other businesses
▪️ We have a second room for other guests in the second floor.

Summary: Amazing, sweet family. They were very welcoming when I stayed with them and the room is spacious and the bathroom is as well. I was worried about getting to bed on time with other people in the house but they are very respectful of being quiet when you go to sleep. Great place to stay.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable and comfortable our stay was in the private bedroom and bath. Our host Edgar was gracious and welcoming. He was extremely helpful with information regarding the Chicago transit system, which helped us reach our destinations in the area. After one particular evening of lively discussion, we found we had much in common.

Summary: Location is close to all sorts of restaurants. It was nice to have a garage parking spot. Honestly it was amazing and so glad that we got to meet them and visit with them. We will be back the next time we are in the area for a family function. It was close to the family. Thanks again

Summary: My bf and I verrry much enjoyed staying here. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Everything was wonderful. The location was great,close to hywy,close to everything,short drive to my daughter's place we were there to visit and see my new grandkids. The house is beautiful,felt right at home. The bed was sooo comftable,,was nice sitting on backdeck,even got to see a hummingbird fly around the flowers on back deck. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after long day and night of visiting family. But best of all was our hosts edgar and jeffery,,we enjoyed sharing time with them talking and I consider them friends. They are great guys!!! They make you feel right at home,verry easy to talk and laugh with. Thank you verrry much edgar and jeffery for making our trip memorable and making us feel right at home. We are looking forward to staying with you again in the future. Joey&Dan

Summary: We arrived and we greeted by Jeffrey who showed us around. He is a most gracious host. We had access to everything we could possibly need. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything there was neat, tidy and clean. We felt comfortable and at home. There were labels on everything making it easy to understand and navigate a new place. When we return to the area needing a place to stay, this is our first choice. Thanks Jeffrey and Edgar for a most pleasant stay.
