It’s the perfect room for watching the “big game”, streaming a movie, or simply hanging out with friends and family. The Kitchen and Family Room areas are perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise light up the mountains. A separate breakfast nook sits in such a way as to feel as though one is sitting outside. The pool deck is expansive with plenty of seating for a large or small groups…several chaise lounges and multiple seating areas are designed to accommodate all. The newly renovated pool has a sun-shelf (or “kiddie-pool”) for staying cool on those hot days. The house is in the perfect location for enjoying Old Town La Quinta, The Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stagecoach/Equestrian events), Indian Wells Tennis Center (BNP Paribas), multiple golf courses (AMEX Golf Tournament in PGA West), fabulous restaurants, and more. COFFEE- Main house there is a 14 cup coffee make and a Nespresso machine the casita has a Keurig and a 4 cup coffee maker.
LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. There is a very large, comfortable sofa with plenty of seating to view the 100” TV. Four exceptional swivel chairs enhance the seating area, perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE:
All doors open up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. Several seating areas, tables, and chaise lounges are available for a large group or intimate twosome. The mountain views are breathtaking! The beautifully landscaped backyard features 25+ fruit trees, all available to our guests for picking. The huge, expansive lawn is perfect for all sorts of games (croquet, volley ball, badminton, etc). Another outdoor dining table and chaise lounge area is the perfect place to capture some shady privacy.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amen8ities including a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE AN OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM?
Yes it does….Please refer to the instruction sheet next to the Denon Receiver located in the living room cabinet to the left of the fireplace.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
