Summary: Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was street closures due to a festival. The police were not very good about allowing traffic to the hotel

Summary: Our stay here was great! It's an older location and not a traditional hotel, but it delivered! Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was so cute amd cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was an outdoor sitting area that was so cute and was perfect for hanging out with friends after going out. The room was very clean as well. The toilet in our room didn't flush quite right, but that was the only thing that could have been improved. We would stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Summary: The room was very clean and comfortable. Having your own porch is a plus. Located practically on the lake with swans. Very relaxing and place before surgery. Located very close to the hospital. Nice bar/food on backside of Hotel. Home cooking. The carpet in main areas are dated and worn.
