Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The dorms were clean and tidy. The beds were new and comfortable. The Empyrean is conveniently located close to the airport, and the bar and restaurant were a bonus.

Positive: Very convenient place and easy to get to from the airport. Friendly staff and very flexible to accommodate my needs. The room and the bathroom were clean. Nicer bed compared to a shares room. The hotel has improved a lot from my last visit years ago. Very convenient with the restaurant access for food as well

Negative: Management is involved and making sure the the basics are well taken care of. I believe there location has a huge potential to be a great place
