Summary: property was lovely , spa was great . Hotel contact was difficult prior to arriving as i wanted to arrange transport from airport as was travelling alone in a country i wasnt familiar with .

Summary: The hotel is seriously overpriced for what it offers. The quality of the accommodation and service simply does not match the premium rates being charged. What was particularly disappointing is that it was never made clear during the booking process that our room would be located in the second building, which was far less appealing than the main property. This lack of transparency felt misleading. The balcony was another letdown—completely unusable, with no view at all and adding no value to the room. For the price paid, we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not deliver the level of quality or honesty that guests should reasonably expect.

Summary: Overall it was a good experience, the duplex suite is spacious and well maintained, wouldn’t recommend for people with movement disabilities since they will have to go uphills

Summary: My stay at Elysium Hotel did not feel like a 5-star experience — more like a 3-star inn. The room lacked basics like napkins, kitchen utensils, plates, forks, and even a coffee maker. The microwave was poor and very slow to turn on. Service was inconsistent — the valet was often nowhere to be found. The pool water was too cold, though the dry sauna and steam room were excellent. The view from room 1902 was spectacular, with both sunrise and sunset visible, but this was partly ruined since some curtains couldn’t be opened and the key wasn’t working, so we couldn’t access the full view. Overall, a few highlights, but not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.

Summary: The air condition was complicated. I stay for a week couldn’t figure out the room was too hot. The food price was very expensive.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Arthur at the reception, who truly made a difference during my stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. His positive attitude and excellent service made me feel valued as a guest. The only downside was the breakfast, which was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back again!
