Positive: Very cozy, peaceful, and comfortable spot to relax and decompress. At first I was sceptical due to not being inside the city of Preveza but I am glad I chose it, cause it's not far at all and well worth it. The views are breathtaking. The apartment was cleaned spotless. Hosts George and Kathrin were amazing; they definitely went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful and I am very thankful. It even has a hot tub! I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Summary: Excellent spot with awesome panoramic views of Amvrakikos gulf. Fantastic hosts.

Positive: It's surely the best accommodation we’ve had in this nice country. Stunning views, a nice garden with fruit trees and a jacuzzi, no other sound than the birds, and the house is really nice with big rooms and a well furnished kitchen.

Positive: The stay was great. The property is super clean. Great view. This was a sleep over, no meals were included. There is a need for better road signs, since it is not easy to find the exact location. The hosts were available on line for communication while driving from Macedonia to Greece. The kids loved the water bed and all the toys in the yard. It has great historic surroundings worth visiting. Preveza is so close and wonderful to visit.

Positive: Wonderful location right at the heart of ancient Nicopolis, with a view over the ancient theatre and the lagoon. Beautiful. The owner met us in his car down by the ancient theatre, so that he could guide us to the property, which is in the tiny backstreets of what is basically a small village. It was all very easy and smooth. The apartment was really clean, really nicely done, and as an added bonus, it was only about one or two minutes' walk from a tiny, very simple village restaurant which served pork souvlaki, sausages, greek salad and delicious home-made fries (and nothing else) and was absolutely brilliant! All in all a terrific place to stay with Preveza airport only about 20 minutes away, and lots of the Roman city all around making the landscape really wonderful.

Negative: We were two families so there was a bit of a queue for the one bathroom! Obviously not a big deal though, and the facilities were all really good. The only other oddity is that one of the beds is a water bed, which some people might not like, but we didn't mind.
