Summary: This was one of my top 5 stays — ever. The hotel feels brand new and bright. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was marvelous. The room was perfectly clean and homey. They use large size Dove products that were amazing. The bed is insanely comfortable. Loved this place so much I already set my booking for when I’m back in the area.

Summary: The female front desk agent lacks customer service skills & how to handle customers who don't exchange pleasantries after greeting them and letting them know they're checking in. If it offends her so much it affects her ability to be helpful and continue a courteous interaction, she should not be in her role facing customers.

Summary: I was pleasantly surprised. I went in with low expectations because of the low price and this not being a touristy area, The hotel was clean, new, spacious and the staff was very helpful.
