Summary: I loved this experience! It was clean, quiet, charming and the staff were delightful. Would I stay again though? If I ever get an opportunity to be in the area again, I will absolutely stay here!

Summary: Lovely quiet location next to river and good base for Hadrians wall visit. Food, breakfast and evening excellent. Staff brilliant. Room was ok and good access to take dog outside. Would say dogs tolerated rather than welcome as could only use a side room with her rather than bar area in general.

Summary: Home made Rabbit Stew after a day of rain and low cloud! Perfect. Came away with a Bacon Sandwich as I had to leave early. Great service all around. Didn't know it at the time but the Landord lets Electric Car users charge overnight
