Positive: Staying at Elephant Home isn't just about spending the night facing the national park, it's about discovering a community and supporting the amazing work they have done in the previous years. Parts of the benefits go to a school and to planting trees, they have now planted 700.000 trees! ( Ok it's also about the enjoying the delicious food prepared by Yason ( formerly a chief cook ) and Kosmas ! :p ) Just stay a few days there and go for a nature walk and community walks, cruise on the Kazinga channel... countless activities are at reach !

Positive: Super friendly staff, totally remote, great breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Jason offers different dishes with meat and also vegetarian option. Ask for anything and they will help to get it. Also offers local tours to the communities around the area. Easy access to the Queen Elizabeth NP. The team Jason, James and Cosman are really amazing and fulfill all your wishes.

Negative: it is not what i did not like, but just be prepared that there is limited water supply (all amenities worked), and electricity is only available at the reception building - so you need to plan ahead what and when to charge.

Summary: Absolute Remote Small Accomodation with great nature experience and super friendly staff.

Positive: Everything. Such a magnificent place with a beautiful garden, maze, and forest setup. Food was delicious and prepared according to the request. Room was big and bed was comfortabl. Location is close to the city. 10 mins from QENP entrance. Staff including the manager were phenomenal. Very friendly; accommodating, and humble. They even took care of extra requests I had (related to a rental car so not relevant to their business at all). I can't thank and recommend this place enough. Please stay there as it is affordable, friendly, and very beautiful.

Positive: The staff was just amazing. They were always very friendly, helping and they always listened to my needs. The food that they have prepared was so delicious and well-presented. The room was big and the bathroom had all the required facilities. The garden was huged and well-maintained.

Negative: To be honest, when I booked the activities offered by the hotel, I got them on a higher price than previously mentioned via the booking.com chat. When I asked for a refund, they declined because in the beginning they did not contact the person who could have reserve me these activities on the given price, but they contacted another one which charged more. The owner of the place also said that it is not normal that I was charged more but refused to refund, such a scam! So for future guests, make sure you reserve the activities in advance via the booking.com chat so they will not take more money from you!!!

Summary: Good price for an amazing quality service - Be careful with the reservation of extra activities!!!!
