Negative: The light in the bathroom was motion activated and only stayed on for 5 minutes tops or less as while relaxed in the bath it went off many times

Positive: The location & the room was fantastic.

Negative: The room was excessively hot with no way to turn the heating down. We were in room 5. Ground floor first door on left as you enter the premises. There was some sort of renovations happening on the other side of our wall that was very loud went till about 7pm. Sawing, drilling tools & loud talking. We had no hot water for showers. Water was slightly warmer than cold & as it's 4th Dec in UK a HOT shower is a necessity. From initial booking we had no communication from Host at all. When I emailed questions regarding checkout etc I received no reply.

Negative: Nothing really, it met our needs. It is basic, facilities-wise, but we just needed a bed for the night after a family party.

Positive: Room was comfortable and spacious ...had all I needed. Was not overpriced in my opinion. Clean and cared for!

Negative: I was at the front door on ground floor which was great, except someone was exiting the door a few times during the night. This kept waking me up!
