5 Bedroom House in Epsom

Contemporary modern 4 bedroom bungalow. Well furnished reception room with with large TV and white leather furniture together with a double sofa bed. There is also a large table & chairs. The room looks out through patio doors onto a south facing terrace and delightful garden with a bbq. The Kitchen has all new modern appliances including a 5 ring gas hob, double oven and dishwasher. A quiet holiday home in the suburbs yet all the attractions of London within easy reach. Not forgetting the excitements in store at Chessington World of Adventures for younger guests. Perfect for a self catering vacation in Surrey, England.

Summary: Really a nice place for family travel around Greater London. Place is quiet and easy to reach from Heathrow Airport. Having a groceries store within 5 mins walk. The place is good fit for 6-8 adults living together. It's a wonderful place.

Summary: This is a comfortable house that is older but fairly well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent. He left some lovely welcome items for us. The beds were comfortable and the linens/towels were clean on arrival. A bit of deep cleaning could be done-when we moved one couch to kill a large spider, there was a used tissue there. There was also a large pile of sand under the other couch. In the kitchen, one of the fry pans in the cupboard had bits of scrambled egg on it, so we had to wash it before we could use it. On arrival, there were wet items in the washing machine that I put into the dryer and then folded (tea towels, cleaning cloths, etc).

Summary: The property is in very good condition and all kitchen and bathroom amenities are perfect. All the equipment you could want is here, including a barbecue. Towels and all linens are spotless with more provided should you need them during a longer stay. The location is perfect with a small grocery shop and a large supermarket within walking distance. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Lots of birds, squirrels and even 2 foxes in the garden some evenings! The house is close to the A3 and A217 so getting out of or into London is easy. Epsom station is 7 mins away by car, with plenty of parking for day trips by train. Epsom is also good for family shopping and eating out. Great location and great house!

Summary: Close to shops and walking paths. Clean & bright - a great base to explore the area for a few days with our young family. We even saw a fox & squirrel (not at the same time!) in the garden. Such a highlight!

Summary: A nice, comfortable property. If you a looking for a home with shopping and dining within walking distance this is not for you. If you have access to a car or plan to travel using public transportation you will be fine. Owner is very responsive and left some nice food staples. I will say that there is no flexibility if you want to reschedule after the deadline. You will lose your full fee. The recent COVID spike and potential lockdown caused us to cancel our trip from the United States. We rented the home for a family of six. One family member did make the trip and would have preferred to not stay in this home alone. However, because we were locked in and would have lost $3,000, she stayed there alone. We would have liked to move our dates to a time where it was safe to travel but this was not an option. In the future we will stay in hotels with more flexibility.

Summary: We could not have asked for a more better experience. I appreciated that the home was totally clean and well stocked with supplies that every family needs such as kitchen tools, laundry cleaning items, and cleaning supplies. I would definitely recommend. The home was in a great neighborhood.

Summary: Beautifully maintained property. Very comfortable, well equipped and there is room enough for the stated number of occupants. The owners are extremely pleasant people to deal with. They are very helpful indeed. I would stay here again.
