Summary: Unique and cool hotel! Hang 5 is where we stayed at nice and very spacious room.

Summary: My stay was very nice and comfortable, the house keeper we had was amazing. I will add that the only thing that is missing from the room is a microwave, we weren’t able to heat up our food to eat from earlier that day. Also I know it’s a couples room, but I think the shower should have a door or curtain just to keep in the heat from the shower. But other than that, our stay was AMAZING.

Summary: The views are unmatched! We absolutely loved the room we stayed in and it was clean and had nice touches. Good fridge stocked with plenty beverages, breadfruit, and Keruig machine. What was a shame was that they didn’t offer a microwave in the room or on the adjacent property. We were told we couldn’t use their microwave, despite spending $$$ at their restaurant! That’s a deal breaker for me because you should be able to heat up leftovers. The hotel clerk also walked in on me and my husband while we were in the shower! He knocked and we said just a minute, but whether he heard us or not is irrelevant. He should have called the room phone first. The next day we had complimentary champagne left on the table for my husband’s birthday, which we should have gotten the day before. Also we were locked out of our room the next day because they set our key card for only 24 hours and we had a three night stay. They corrected it right away but it was an inconvenience because my husband really had to use the restroom. Other than these bloopers, the property is well maintained and the room we had was perfect! The sunset was gorgeous on the bay and again the view is spectacular! It’s a hidden gem that could be perfect with some improvements in customer service and management. It was an imperfect experience, but we made it work and again the room was so dreamy I think we forgave them.
